      Getting hired, meeting new people, enough work to keep you busy for more than, when they feed us

      Cons

      Poor managment, work load, weekly meetings but your issues aren't addressed after they are brought to the table, low moral, pressue cooking place, no structure, unorganized, no full training, not willing to change the issues we complain about
