      Pros

      I truly appreciate how CorVel promotes from the inside, which is something that we can do since we continue to grow significantly annually. Another great thing about CorVel is our atmosphere as we are practical in wanting to get a job done and glad to work together in a team. I can feel that we work to maintain a positive culture and work to make the office place as enjoyable as possible. I look forward to continuing my career with CorVel.

      Pros

      The team I am part of is excellent. Good people, good attitudes. We have the ability to work fully remote. Great bosses that understand what they are doing and work with us to get the job done.

      Cons

      Team culture is the most varied of any job I have worked at. Some of the teams are awful. Others are great. Pay is extremely below the industry average. The benefits are atrocious and not worth using. Below average PTO policy plus no sort of new parent leave. If you are planning on having a child while working here, go somewhere else. You are expected to use your vacation time then go without pay for the rest of it. Other comparable companies offer new parent leave, but not CorVel.
