Cons

Management plays favorites and will verbally abuse others. Zero ability to prioritize tasks, instead each and every task is given equal prioity leading to a bottle neck of tasks needing done that have not been scheduled for. Their solution to this is mandatory overtime, for everyone but management. Management will tell you that you dont know how to do your job after refusing to teach you anything. Management will ask you to report to them if you have not been trained for a task. Reporting to them will get you reprimanded for not having been trained already. They will then refuse to train you.

Pros

The team I am part of is excellent. Good people, good attitudes. We have the ability to work fully remote. Great bosses that understand what they are doing and work with us to get the job done.

Cons

Team culture is the most varied of any job I have worked at. Some of the teams are awful. Others are great. Pay is extremely below the industry average. The benefits are atrocious and not worth using. Below average PTO policy plus no sort of new parent leave. If you are planning on having a child while working here, go somewhere else. You are expected to use your vacation time then go without pay for the rest of it. Other comparable companies offer new parent leave, but not CorVel.
