- Fantastic culture in certain areas with wonderful colleagues - The company is a good size - It is possible to get both routine and variety, making the job interesting - Very reasonable work/life balance with good flexibility
Cons
- Extremely uneven compensation across departments and low compensation overall vs. market - Decisions are made top down and suddenly with no justification or communication - Corporate landlords as a concept are incredibly parasitic and unethical
