* Staff below Director level are great, with some top talent * Resourcing team really do try to match you to the right role (although that role rarely seems to exist anymore) *Leadership does front-up and answer difficult questions at all hands meetings
Cons
* Over-recruitment and over promotion has left the company top heavy, blocking promotions for high performers. * Since the merger with BrightGen the board is bloated and seem incapable of deciding on a strategy. * Leadership is unable to coherently offer a vision for the future, relying on slogans with little substance. * Moving goalposts on performance ratings at the end of the year, rather than informing staff in advance so they can plan the best approach. *Focus shifting to sales, removing career paths for technical staff.
