      Pros

      HQ office in USA and India are great! Very thorough onboarding program available. Great training material

      Cons

      Poor management locally. No work life balance. (Manager wont hire you if you say you want worklife balance in your interview) No perks. No support. Need to revamp marketing and cater for local environment. American processes dont work here.

      Great people and the job was fun.

      Did not get paid what I’m worth. Not flexible in pay. Kept in the dark regarding pay for a long time.

      Pros

      You will learn an array of complex software, products, and always have new revenue markers. I had opportunity there but was not provided avenues for actual coaching for career or leadership growth.

      Cons

      Can be a clicky atmosphere protected by higher ups at Manager and above. Logging time for 10 years straight in 15-minute increments sucks.
