      - Growing Company with great career opportunities. - Very transparent & open culture, value employees feedback, good work life balance. - Top performers get to visit US office which is a great learning experience for career growth. - CEO visit India office every year and personally meet all the teams for their issues & concerns. - Good compensation as per the industry standards, stock options for key employees.

      Great people and the job was fun.

      Did not get paid what I’m worth. Not flexible in pay. Kept in the dark regarding pay for a long time.

      Pros

      You will learn an array of complex software, products, and always have new revenue markers. I had opportunity there but was not provided avenues for actual coaching for career or leadership growth.

      Cons

      Can be a clicky atmosphere protected by higher ups at Manager and above. Logging time for 10 years straight in 15-minute increments sucks.
