      Pros

      Growing Company with great career opportunities and especially with exchange program where they send US employees to India and Indian employees to the US office for training's and other personality development programs. Very transparent and always moving in the direction of improving on employees skills and abilities.

      Great people and the job was fun.

      Did not get paid what I’m worth. Not flexible in pay. Kept in the dark regarding pay for a long time.

      Pros

      You will learn an array of complex software, products, and always have new revenue markers. I had opportunity there but was not provided avenues for actual coaching for career or leadership growth.

      Cons

      Can be a clicky atmosphere protected by higher ups at Manager and above. Logging time for 10 years straight in 15-minute increments sucks.
