IT industry is moving aggressively to Cloud and Cvent is one of the giant in cloud Software Industry. CEO (Reggie Aggarwal) of Cvent is Insanely Great, invests heavily in his employees around the world and obviously Cvent. In here you will feel Path Breaking Innovation at its best. Cvent has some very unique Software Products that trigger one to be part of it or unique business model with vast market around the globe. I started my first job here and before 2 years Cvent was having 2 major offices or 2 dots on world map Virginia USA - INDIA but within 2 years there are more than 6-7 Dots on map now (Fast Pace Growth). I should say that I have seen myself transformed from University Engineering student to Professional Engineer in Software Industry. Being in Cvent i have not only learned latest technologies or tool sets but also got deep experience in Software Life Cycle like Agile or Kanban, dynamic decision making situations, professional ethics etc. There is no layering you can approach your Director, VPs, CTO or even CEO directly with your thoughts/suggestions and can see implementation of it. (In short transparent and approachable management) If you have passion in you for your job profile, there is immense Growth Opportunities for you in here.
