      Pros

      Tons of room for advancement and large commissions

      Cons

      Not a con for me because I have always been commission based and prefer it, but the base commission is only $20 an hour or about $3,200 a month. If you like to grind though you can make 8-10 k a month in commissions in warranty!

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Pros

      High volume sales and great pay

      Cons

      They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
