Pros
- Most colleagues are supportive - Decent staff discount can be stacked with sale, other employee benefits like insurance - Management team is generally nice and relaxed - Good location, lots of food and drink nearby, supermarkets also close by - Not competitive between staff compared to boutiques (fighting for sales)
Cons
- Mediocre pay and not many opportunities - Hard to get leave approved - Most days are short staffed - Sometimes very stressful - Preferential treatment of certain staff, drama spreads a lot - Head office management is very disorganised, slow and bad communication
