Pros
A job in Obama era hard time. Medical benefits for the cost of union dues.
Cons
The low level supervisors do not reward hard work and let slackers get away with slacking. Middle management is incompetent and do not care to change. Upper management has no clue about getting the job done. Union shop but union does not care about employees. Less about part timers. Shop stewarts tell you one thung but will not back you if you follow their instruction. Employee guaranteed hours by union contract but when daily work is finished management will clock out employee without paying contracted hours.
