Pros

your out on your own but still have to worry about dispatch calling you every 5 sec your own your on time don't have to worry about people being on your back but if you make a mistake!!! let them know asap or you will get fussed out free uniform gear late start time

Cons

THE Worse Company ever please people save yourself the day starts at 9:30 your first couple of days you will be with a trainer teaching you how to load and unload the scanner once they think you got it they'll keep asking you...... the training isn't long so the best thing you should do is help your trainer with delivering part to get it all down packed but for the most part its a easy job just stressful because we had times that the truck would be late and you won't get done loaning until like 12:00 or 1:00 so be careful how you deliver but once you think you got it or not they are going to put you on a route so if you not ready let the know... after you get done with training you get a route sheet with all the addresses on there. you will loan your van by the zip codes that will be on the route sheet once you done with that dispatch checks it and your out for delivery

Pros

Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

Cons

For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

Pros

Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

Cons

You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
