      Pros

      Loads of benefits. The company strives to take care of every employees well being (sadly not practised.)

      Cons

      Loads of biasness, racism, favoritism going on below the manager level. (I.e supervisor and below). You get merit for licking boots, doing favors instead of performing your role well. Loads of freeloaders as a result which creates a lot of disappointment and frustrations within staff that strive to do their best. Most team leaders and supervisors are purely going through the motion without getting much done.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
