      Pros

      potential for being a great company, however our CEO has a knack for running a company through intimidation and reminding us of our place

      Cons

      This company thrives on intimidation and bullying. Our CIO is a joke and the whole IT management reporting line should be removed. Employees are too afraid to speak up, any who do are removed. This whole sector hires and fires in the same breath. There is no longevity with this company, look at how many time they have already restructured in the past 3-5 years. That should tell you the story, if your in IT ... run ... I am ... soon

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
