      Good colleagues & team mates (but only for certain departments).

      Cons

      Total scam! They will use any reason to make your position redundant. I was reporting in Malaysia office & the management forced me to resign over tiny matter which is exactly a made up reason just to make me leave knowing they can’t simply fire me and I was naive enough to believe their reasons.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
