      Benefits good, such as having medical benefits and transport allowance

      Cons

      Don’t expect any work life balance even though this is an MNC company. Culture is bad. No worklife balance, work overloaded that the manager still thinks we have the capacity. Unprofessional in handling people. Manager feels offended if employees ask or clarify anything and say mean and sarcastic things. Only expects employees to be a yes-man. Manager is not being honest during the interview too, did not mention certain important things. Very very bad culture and very disappointing working here

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      Get entry level sales position. The company has great benefits..

      Cons

      You will be calling 80-100 times per day for months until you get promoted but it’s a fairly easy job. Can just be boring.
