Business Outlook
Pros
The company itself, from the onboarding and training to the benefits is great. You have access to free health check ups like physio and getting blood and skin checks. You get reimbursed for purchasing products or services for your wellbeing once a year. There's weekly and quarterly bonuses if you meet your KPI's. Also you can take your van home which is a great perk.
Cons
End of the day, its a repetitive and boring job and its pretty hard to break free from operations into any other department. Staff turnover is low (no one ever leaves). Pay was okay, if you put in extra hours and did OT, however, the contractors get paid way more than if your full time.
