Pros
contract employee, so you get paid overtime. You also get exposure to various companies within the industry
Cons
It's NOT a consulting firm, rather a glorified staffing firm. they regularly cheat you on bonuses and overtime as they are descretionary per contract. In fact they promise 401K, but fine print says your contract has be to be renewed after 1 year to qualify. They have a very high turnover, so in most cases they don't pay 401K. Most of the projects are boring accounting, AP type. it's all BS!!
