      Pros

      The title says it all "by far best culture!". Great work-life/family balance. Great compensation in IT. Company offers two days off every year for community work. Gym on premise. Café offers a food court style selections. Freedom to work from home if Manager agrees to it. Sabbatical after 7 years.

      Cons

      Open floor plan can lead to unwanted noise or distractions.

      Outsourcing jobs. They need to keep jobs here in America it really isn't fair and they need to think of their employees.
