Business Outlook
Pros
A lot od social events, nice working climate, no "elbow-mentality". A lot of participation of the members. Asks a lot of its members, but gives also a lot. Fair conditions, nice salary.
Cons
Has grown fast over the last years, therefore the infrastructure regarding IT, organisational structure, policies and guidelines is not as regulated as one would expect in a company of this size. But this can also be seen as advantage... ;-)
