Good benefits, good work/life balance

Cons

Recent changes to the upper management has contributed to to toxic work environment. Vague about company status, upper management are out of reach and out of touch with employees. Turn over has increase and all the good people are leaving. Very low salary and bouneces compared to other GCs.
