DaDa used to be a great On-Line Teaching Company. Sure it was a bit slow to start with as one had to do some Compulsory Training. This is fair enough as one has to learn their Teaching Platform , and the Courseware. How to check one's Webcam, Mic and Internet Connection are working OK. Learn how to get IT Support, contact the CO Team, and so on. Originally DaDa offered 50 % Salary for Contracted 30 Min Session that were not Scheduled. Not too many On-Line Teaching Companies do that! DaDa might send and Audio Message to your Cell Phone "Your Student is waiting for you in the Classroom, please join them as soon as possible. Dada offered a CO Team to help their Teachers if they had any problems. This was very useful. It does not seem to be offered by DaDa, on Saturday and Sunday mornings currently, only after 16:30! currently however.
Cons
DaDa used to be a very good Company but seems to have gone 'downhill over the last 9 months. There is no more 'Contract of Employment' only an 'Agreement'. There is no stated period of time this Agreement covers. No more 50% Standby Pay for 30 Min Sessions not Booked. No more Reward Points. The salary is lower. The only way to Earn More, is the Teach More! The trouble is DaDa no longer seem to actively Book Trail Classes or Interest Classes in the 'Extra Timeslots'. DaDa used to find their Teacher s New Students, but does not seem to be happening. If ine does get a New Student, that Student does not become a 'Stable' RS intil 15 Sessions have been completed. I got to 13 Session that my new RS was taken away before he could become a Stable RS of mine and get a Level boost. It seems DaDa are 'Switching' such Non-Stable Students before they become Stable (so they dont have to pay the Teacher a bit more)! On some of the DaDa Teacher Groups, there is mention, that DaDa are making up 'lies' as to WHY they are getting switched from the Regular Teacher they have had for 13 Sessions or so. I read they say the Teacher Quit! Or the Teachers Family has COVID19. It seems DaDa will do ANYTHING (even if morally and truthfully WRONG) to save giving the Teacher back a bit of what what they already took from him, by forcing this NEW Agreement! There are rumours of DaDa being taken over by TAL Group. Perhaps they are the ones pushing DaDa in a 'Different Direction' to what I experienced for more than 2 years.
