Pros

The staff is talented and most work hard.

Cons

No work life balance. Pay isn’t great. Constantly changing directions. Tons of turnover. Management is out of touch with the employees and the customers. Promises of change with no real action. When the company was bought out several years ago, the culture changed not for the better. The HR team does a good job of covering up for Sr Leaders and how downhill the company has gone.

Thank you for the feedback and for sharing your perspective. I am sorry that you no longer believe in Dataprise and decided to move on. I agree with you that we have amazing people here and very strong talent. And I also agree that there's been a lot of change at Dataprise in recent years. That said, I do not think that all change is bad change and I wanted to point out some positive changes we've made as of late that I think have led to an improved employee experience: we have implemented various strategies to provide a good work/life balance to employees. This includes adjusting staffing levels, limiting meetings during the lunch hour and on Friday, and only sending emails after hours that are urgent/emergencies. We have also implemented a compensation management structure for the first time that not only ensures we are paying competively, but that pay and pay decisions are made consistently and fairly. We host monthly All-Hands meeting to provide transparent communication to employees about the challenges we're facing as a business and also to celebrate our successes. This is in addition to quarterly fireside chats in smaller group settings that are meant to be conversations about anything that is top of mind for employees. So while I don't disagree that we still have areas where we can get better, I feel we're making many strides forward in the right direction and this is evidenced by a lower turnover as compared to industry averages and higher employee engagement and eNPS scores. We're continually working to get better and make sure our employees feel connected, valued, and appreciated.

Pros

Dataprise genuinely stands out for its "people‑first culture". The work environment is built on strong partnerships forming within teams and across departments. Collaboration isn’t just encouraged; it’s lived every day through supporting one another, sharing knowledge freely and helping without hesitation. Success here is collective, not individual, and that mindset creates an atmosphere that fosters growth. Executive leadership drives this culture by recognizing and empowering employees at all levels, trusting teams to take ownership, and valuing diverse perspectives. When challenges arise, the focus is on solutions and learning. Leaders are invested in employees well‑being. They actively create space for feedback, recognize contributions, and ensure people feel valued for their work rather than their output. Overall, this is an organization where collaboration thrives, people are empowered to succeed, and leadership understands that a supportive and engaged workforce drives long‑term success. I feel privileged to have found this oasis in the workplace desert.

Cons

No significant cons. To be perfectly honest. I cannot think of anything that I would like to see changing at this time.
