Pros

• Great benefits - 8% 401k match, amazing health insurance plans, profit sharing, reward points, and more. • The company is owned and founded by a truly genuine and big hearted man - Mr. Weekly • High quality homes

Cons

This company is probably amazing to work for in other divisions but that doesn't stand true for the Colorado division. There is a serious disconnect with what the Weekly culture is suppose to be. You’re hired on nothing but empty promises and once you get your feet wet you'll will realize things are not done the way you were sold on during interviewing and training. Most issues stem from upper management which I know there have been many complaints about but nothing seems to change. Upper management is notorious for bullying, gossiping, insulting, belittling, blaming everyone for their mistakes, blocking career progression, plays favorites and not listening to team members. There was over a 60% employee turnover in the time I was there and very low employee moral. Multiple times sales consultants were hired on a 6 figure earning potential their first year but were then made to wait almost a year to be placed in a community with nothing to sell in the meantime and getting paid only base salary. The division completely lacks knowledge and organization when it comes to launching new communities and even getting a home to finish. Sales is bottom of the barrel and is expected to just deal with it, unless you’re one of the favorites. Sales is the last to know everything which impedes on doing your job successfully. Very minimal, if any, opportunity for growth and advancement. No work life balance. Even though it’s a family run business and they preach family, sales team can expect to work every weekend, almost every holiday, and even your days off, while the office and builders get 3 day weekends. This company lives and dies by their survey and will have you bribe customers in any way to get 5 stars, which you’ll want to do because your job depends on it.

Pros

Company culture and Income Potential for the sales role

Cons

This isn't DWH specific, but work/life balance is the hardest part about sales.
