Pros
Compensation is good. Free lunch/breakfast is served. Cab service is available.
Cons
1. The site head, Saif Ahmed Shareef, is unqualified for the job, and is a mere puppet with zero decision-making power. His only quality is his slyness. The real show is run by the HQ in Atlanta who treats this place as an outpost coding sweatshop. 2. Work-life balance is totally off-balance. Taking 11 PM calls with HQ is the norm. Pulse surveys are a sham and nobody cares. The leadership visits are fundamentally about naked ideological whitewashing. 3. Employees are subjected to a strict attendance policy, not complying to which they are subjected to various types of coercive disciplinary action. 4. Career growth options are limited, especially for middling roles. 5. Good for mediocre people with low self-esteem - who like to keep their brains switched-off, keep their head low and slog. 6. Zero opportunities for secondment. Short-term assignments at HQ is out of picture. 7. Diversity and inclusion, again, is a sham here. The diversity numbers are dismal, and are used mostly for lip service. 8. No avenues for learning and development. I spent 4 years at DTH without attending a single training/learning session.
