      Pros

      Work-life balance is largely reinforced at Deltek. The seller-doers of the company are generally very intellectual people. Goals / pay structure is clearly defined and the library of intuitive products is somewhat deep.

      Cons

      Company culture can be undefined at times and it shows with the lack of fluency amongst different BU’s, products, and geographical segments. Opportunities for growth seem somewhat limited. Compensation is surprisingly less than what one would expect in the space.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Project priorities changed frequently, documentation could be more standardized, and communication between departments could be improved.
