      Great people and interesting projects to work on. Pay is very competitive. Company seems to be growing at a decent pace.

      Cons

      Benefits are very expensive. Very little work - life balance. Work all the time or career suffers. Pay stays the same year after year after hiring on.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
