Pros
Work from home. A lot of strong women in management positions which is rare in any office never mind a tech office. Very family friendly - They understand if you have to take your pet to the vet or a child to the Dr.
Cons
Lack of direction, very much who you know if you want to progress. Bonus is terrible. Strict policies for just about everything. They do survey's all the time but nothing ever changes from them.
