      Pros

      The company has been growing internationally for some time now and shows no sign of slowing. Plus I work with great people.

      Cons

      Along with growth comes cost-savings and unfortunately that oftentimes means outsourcing US jobs at any opportunity where physical employee presence isn't mandatory.
