      there is flexibility with telecommuting/working remote

      Cons

      - culture (of the marketing team) has gone down hill in the past 6 months. everyone is stressed out. a lot of people have left, others want to leave. - health insurance is sub par (innovation health) - deltek is owned by a public company now
