Fantastic people to work with. Passionate and invested. Company heading in the right direction, lots of changes and investment to improve employee and client experience with lots of growth forecasted. Lots of opportunity for progression and career evolvement you'd associate with a larger, multinational company, whilst having the benefits you'd associate with a small, personable company (100ish in Nottingham). Rewards hard work and the right attitude.
Cons
2 years into the acquisition (previously Union Square) and there's still the odd whiner who doesn't like change (perhaps one of the other reviews here) or process that's not as efficient as when it was a smaller company. Still lots to be done to improve experience for employees and clients but can be seen as a positive, as you can be a part of big change.
