Pros

Great people, free parking, and a game room

Cons

Leadership has no clue what they are doing. It was a great place when I first started and went down hill fast. One of the lowest paying SDR roles in the area and you have no real career growth unless if you are on the east coast. They will promise you alot and give nothing in return. Quota is pretty unattainable unless you have a lucky month. Extremely high turn over to the SDR team recently and has killed the culture.

Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

Project priorities changed frequently, documentation could be more standardized, and communication between departments could be improved.
