Pros
Generally good people trying to do a good job despite the executives. The atmosphere is collaborative, hard working and positive.
Cons
The CEO has made some interesting decisions around who to let go. The biggest problem with Deltek is that their products are outdated and poorly developed. This needs to be addressed. However, other areas of the organization have had senior leadership replaced, but the fundamental issue - product development - have not been tackled. As a result success is hard to come by in a "software" company when the software is outdated and full of bugs.
