Pros
Relaxed working environment, very flexible on telecommuting, and nice office space. The holiday/PTO accrual is also fairly generous.
Cons
Communication between layers of management is almost non-existent. Company regularly eliminates positions when numbers are not met. Heavy focus on sales at the expense of other sectors of the organization. Frequent acquisitions/mergers. DIfficult to move up through the organization.
