      Some long term employees have found a home, mostly based on the success of Costpoint and GovWin IQ, and time in the market.

      Cons

      If you like woke management then this is the place for you, not others though. Competitors like Oracle, Unanet and even MS are encroaching on the compliance value that Deltek has enjoyed for years.
