      Pros

      The office and coworkers are great. I've never had a more laid back boss in my entire life. The sales team tends to do very well and as long as that continues to happen I think the atmosphere will stay the same.

      Cons

      Nothing too majorly concerning. It is inside sales so it is a grind. However the company and product do well so as long as that continues, the atmosphere tends to be laid back and you don't get bothered when you're hitting you're numbers

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
