Pros

I would recommend Deltek to anyone who wish to enjoy a company that values their employees and their family. 1st During my Onboarding - it's excellent, all your needed equipment's and account are already setup as soon as your StartDate. They will update you regularly to make sure this transition will be smooth on your First Day. 2nd Peer Mentor and Training - it's perfect, friendly colleague and knowledge sharing is very smooth. In no time, you will be able to contribute to the team. 3rd Direct Manager and Teammates - again very professional and easily to approach for any info or assistance needed. 4th Why Deltek is better - compared with my previous employers, the work-life-balance here is very much appreciated, tasks are very much aligned with your JD and we have a Project Nation Friday!! 5th Employee Engagement Activities - OMG! there's a lot for you to choose from and its wide range believe me. Lastly, Perks and Benefits - this is the most exciting part. I love the most is the Project Nation (it happens every other Friday - and it's a complete Family Time!) And other benefits, for my case - it's the Work-From-Home <3 super love it. I am with my family always and that is the most important aspect (Family Time)

Cons

Can't think of anything as of the moment.

Pros

Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

Cons

Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent. Career growth uncertainty during restructures: When leadership changes or teams merge, promotions and advancement
