      Nice people Historically has a good reputation in the market Flexible work environment

      Slow pace - for a mid-sized company it is difficult to get things done Products are old and development processes are way behind the times While there are nice people, almost no real talent Poor leadership in almost every functional area Organizationally a mess Not going anywhere in the market - expect lean times ahead and layoffs Layoffs happening on a regular basis
