      Pros

      Absolutely no pros other than remote

      Cons

      Horrible Management make remote not even close to worth it. They are going through leadership and strategy changes and have abandoned any and all loyalty to its workers. Pay is also pretty bad compared to industry and I've never seen worse health insurance offered, you would be better off on Cobra or paying out of pocket.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Cons

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.

      Project priorities changed frequently, documentation could be more standardized, and communication between departments could be improved.
