      A highly positive work culture is evident, characterized by the presence of friendly and respectful individuals. The work-from-home setup is particularly commendable, and the level of management is commendable, as there is minimal micromanagement.

      Cons

      Little to no bootcamp. You will learn alone sometimes with their outdated materials. There will be no growth since you’ll be stuck to the same job forever, I think. And unfortunately, there’s a culture of passive-aggression.
