The human resources department is outstanding. The mangement at my office are the best, very flexible and understanding as long as you get your job done! Flextime! The benefits are great. Dematic has a high-performace culture, but you are rewarded for the hard work with a free (paid) week off between Christmas and New Years. Dematic is always providing great training modules and webinars for education and also has a tuition & adoption assistance program. I receievd a 5% raise after my first year of service. Family orientated company!
Cons
There are so many processes and forms and procedures for every little task - it's frustrating how inefficient the operations of Dematic can be. You need to have above average computer skills to function well in Dematic's environment. The sales territories are chopped up and complicated, and salesmen are fighting over accounts and poaching.
