I've experienced a lot of autonomy in working through tough, challenging issues. The details of work continue to change, allowing new challenges and opportunities for professional growth and learning without growing stale in my career. There is a real and genuine concern for each employee throughout the organization, with a focus on professional growth and job satisfaction as well as project success of course.
Cons
While it is great that the company is large and provides for many opportunities, that means there are always a lot of initiatives being implemented across the company. This can be difficult to keep up with an understanding of each of those initiatives and efforts across multiple departments.
