Pros
The pay is ok at best. The people that work on the floor are great.
Cons
There are problems in management. Almost constantly running out of parts and work being scheduled incorrectly. This makes already bonuses that are already nearly unattainable virtually impossible to get. This lack of resources and bonus structuring is a hindrance to teamwork which produces an environment that is negative to work in. There is also something to be said about the ethical problem of safety bonuses. As is anyone that is injured becomes the bad guy. I would be surprised if there is not harassment issues linked to this in the future.
