Pros

The people within the same team/unit support each other quite well from technical assistance to scheduling needs. The work from project to project is similar, but varies quite a bit, thereby providing new learning opportunities where one doesn't just stagnate and loose interest.

Cons

In part, due to its large size, management doesn't listen to lower level employees (grunts) concerns. Why should they? They're just the ones performing all the work Dematic's customers care about and pay for ultimately. Further, management is disorganized; the structure of the business units and within the units is set up such that the left hand doesn't even know that there is a right hand.
