Pros
Great benefits, reasonable premiums. Engineering managers are easy to work with and communicate with. Great engineering coworkers and my boss is the best. Large IT dept so PC/software help is easy for the most part.
Cons
Travel to sites can be very last minute and frequent, it's required, min of 25-30% yearly travel. Very large company and chains of upper management is overwhelming. Sometimes feel like a number in a massive company like Dematic. I would say their engineering pay is less than the market average. Not much culture, very old fashioned company and values.
