      Growing due to Amazon and Walmart warehouse projects

      The whole company does not know how to work together it is a hot bed of blame. Any small error is seen as incompetence. Procurement leadership is self centered self serving and wholly controlled by SVP. The turnover is 55%. What does that tell you

      Pros

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Cons

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
