Pros
Growing company in a lucrative industry. There are some great things about Dematic, but it comes at a really high price.
Cons
The demand and workload is unreasonable. One of the most political and exclusive environments I've worked in. CEO with support of CHRO continues to cultivate an environment of stress and burnout. Hard questions on issues such as work-life balance, low pay, bullying and discrimination are ignored year after year. There is constant turnover, especially in HR, so you never know who you can go to for support. Career development only exists for a small percentage of groups that prioritize it and make the time.
