Pros

I don't work there anymore

Cons

Almost zero contact from upper management allows lower to make really dumb choices. Was told there's a new policy that staying overtime wouldnt get paid for it. Working for free isn't an option for me. HR is less than helpful, they're best friends with the managers so there's no place to go for guidance or help. The "playing field" isn't close to level there due to the cronyism/sexism/. The general air there is pretty even, but you'll notice fast that females are getting special treatment that have nothing to do with their ability. They can retain dead weight like nobody's business though. It's like they want the people who can't function instead of people who continuously help the "situation". Which seems bleak seeing how they wouldn't even shut down to have asbestos removed. Those crews can come in after hours when nobody is around. Their choice was to just keep all the doors shut to the outside world and work as normal. Its off-putting to be in the same building as people wearing full protective suits removing asbestos, while I'm not even wearing a mask, because nobody told us that was happening. We didn't have the choice to stay away from that danger. Disgusting how the decisions there are being made.
