      Pros

      Nice office, adequate parking. Cafeteria and gym. Adequate pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The company culture is not friendly and especially not friendly to women. I was bullied by coworkers and people in other departments. Very little respect for work/life balance (especially for tech leads and engineers).
